fileouts and formatting

Description
Fileouts could respect formatting, especially tab/spaces use like gst-converter does.

I can use RBFormatter but unfortunatelly it will loose the source code format. I'll need to write a simple tool for that (hmm may be reusing what I've done for RBParser in Squeak)
