This behavior would be nice to have:
- add the contents of the run menu to the context menu
- add a run context menu item to the method, which would show a message box for success or a debugger for failure/error
- add the same kind of context menu item to the result pane, rerunning the selected test (and possibly moving the item to a different pane?)
